After practicing environmental litigation for thirty years, Mark Oshinskie has grown food and flowers for the past decade. Aside from authoring hundreds of legal briefs, his writings have appeared in multiple legal journals, The New York Times, Philadelphia Inquirer, Los Angeles Times, The Star Ledger, Salvo, Sports Illustrated, The Brownstone Institute and multiple other publications. He currently writes for Substack.com. He and his wife, Ellen, have three adult children.
