At the 04:17 mark, he says this:
“First, we’ve got population. The world today has 6.8 billion people. That’s headed up to about nine billion. Now, if we do a really great job on new vaccines, health care, reproductive health services, we could lower that by, perhaps, 10 or 15 percent. But there, we see an increase of about 1.3.”
Now, vaccines, health care, and reproductive services are not supposed to lower the world population by a billion people or so. By they can if he really means this:
Vaccine = inject people with a biologically active, cytotoxic spike protein.
Health care = physician assisted suicide, and other forms of end-of-life services.
Reproductive health services = abortion, contraception, and sterilization.
