I had the opportunity to have a conversation with Gwyneth Murray-Nolan from the law firm Murray-Nolan Berutti to discuss the current lawsuit with Delaware Valley Regional High School. A father is suing the school, the staff, the attorney general and the NJ Department of Education commissioner because his minor child was socially transitioned from female to male without his knowledge or permission. After he found out and objected to this transition, and informed the school that the child was currently under at therapist’s care, the school still continued to treat the girl like a boy.
