Case update: Gwyneth K. Murray-Nolan

Case update: Gwyneth Kathleen and I had day one of the trial against her for defiant trespass in Cranford Municipal Court. Our awesome associate Rebecca Robb Petersen joined us at counsel table and took care of emergency research etc. We had about 30 patriots show up to support Gwyneth, for whom we are very appreciative. Other than to say that the State called three witnesses who testified, who I had the opportunity to roast to varying degrees on cross-examination, I will make no other comment about the substance of this ongoing case. Our next court date is now set for January 10, 2025, almost three years after Gwyneth’s arrest. Circle the date on your calendar and please come to support my favorite client in her ongoing and brave fight for her children and special needs kids during the pandemic—when our government did not care and punished those who got in its way, just like in the horrible countries that our brave men and women fought against in our past wars so that we could be free and have a government of the people, by the people, and for the people. And whatever may be the outcome of this trial, you know one thing for certain: Murray-Nolan Berutti LLC will fight for justice and never will stop swinging until there are no further punches that can be thrown.
