How Policy 5756 put girls in danger at Westwood Regional School District

n a shocking and horrifying event, a former male student of the Westwood Regional High School who positioned himself as a trans female while in high school, was arrested this week for the brutal murder of two women. He allegedly beat them to death with multiple blows to the head, a heinous act that underscores the link between mental illness and Trans Ideology.
CONCERNS THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TAKEN SERIOUSLY
A few years ago when Alan Abad decided to transition himself and began to use the girl’s bathrooms and locker rooms, some female students at Westwood Regional High School tried to voice discomfort about a biological male sharing their restrooms. The alleged escalations were treated as vague anxieties. How could any school allow teenage boys to be in the girl’s bathroom and then silence the girls who didn’t embrace this aberration from all social norms?
You can thank the Westwood School Board for that and Policy 5756: The transgender student policy which allows transgender students to go wherever they want and for schools to actively affirm and support the behavior without any medical or psychological assessment, all the while keeping it from parents. ALL PARENTS, including those of girls who have to share restrooms and changing rooms with boys.
Westwood’s Board Majority is composed of far-left supplicants who have aggressively injected trans ideology into the district along with the teacher’s union (NJEA) at almost every level. Their crowning achievement was reimplementing policy 5756 which had been removed by the previous board in 2023…
