I have followed this case since inception. It was regarding a deceased person’s estate who sued the Dept of Defense under the PREP Act for willful misconduct after he died from the Pfizer shot.
The judge ruled that the Dept of Defense is immune from suit. The motion to dismiss filed by the DoD sat on the docket for just over a year.
As I have stated repeatedly in past amicus briefs, “justice is moot.”
The narrative ends when EACH individual refuses the medical tyranny.
